It takes a great team to run Chathams Pacific Airline and to achieve that Chathams have staff both in the Kingdom Of Tonga as well as in New Zealand.  

• Chathams Pacific have more than 25 years experience flying Australasia and the Pacific and all staff in key management roles have decades of experience in their field

• Since inception Chathams have steadily increased the number of locally based staff along with implementing training programs and cadetships 

• A significant number of staff are internationally trained and experienced.

We have several Tongan bases with full time staff:

• Nuku'alofa Head Office

• Tongatapu's Fua'amotu Domestic Airport

• Fua'amotu Engineering

• Nieafu, Vavau Reservation team who also handle the check in at Lupepauʻu Airport, local freight and scenic flights
